Bravens Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to join a remote, contract engagement.

You will be part of an Agile team building healthcare applications and implementing new features within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, driving configuration integrity and process alignment with HR workflows. You will lead as the primary configuration expert, evaluate requests, define changes, and ensure the platform remains auditable and well-supported across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ensure configuration integrity, platform health, and alignment with HR processes across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent.
• Define configuration and process changes, assess downstream impacts, and recommend approaches balancing business needs, standard functionality, and long-term supportability.
• Manage HCM configuration standards, workbooks, decision logs, environment path, and evidence standards for ITGCs.

Position Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

As a Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional and technical owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, accountable for configuration integrity, platform health, and alignment with HR business processes across Core HR ( workforce structures, person and employment data, self-service), Time & Labor (time entry, schedules, rules, approvals), and Talent (goals, performance, career development, succession).
• Act as the lead configuration expert for HCM: evaluate business requests, define configuration and process changes, assess downstream impacts across modules, integrations, security, and reporting, and recommend the approach that best balances business need, standard functionality, and long-term supportability.
• Manage the HCM configuration standards, workbooks, and decision log so the platform remains understandable, supportable, and auditable, including the environment path (DEV/TEST to PROD), segregation between build and migration roles, and the evidence standards required by HCM ITGCs.
• Support the multi-year HCM roadmap in partnership with Technology and Talent leadership, and adoption of new Oracle capabilities. Business Partnership & Advisory
• Serve as the primary technology partner and advisor to HR leaders, HRIS, Total Rewards, Talent, and Operations, translating business goals into system capabilities and system constraints back into business terms.
