Job summary

MetLife is seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to lead Payroll and Time & Labor implementations, with expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure the application, and build technical artifacts to support go-live and ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates will have deep Oracle HCM data model knowledge, security, and business process configuration, plus experience integrating with OTBI and BI

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience with end-to-end Payroll and Time & Labor implementations.
• Strong experience developing Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher for analytics and reporting.
• Technical proficiency with HDL, HSDL and Oracle Cloud tools; familiarity with Agent Builder and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for Payroll and Time & Labor.
• Gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate needs into specs.
• Configure, develop, and support Payroll, Time & Labor, and related tools.
• Design and maintain reporting, analytics, data migration, and integrations.
• Provide production support and drive continuous improvement across HR/IT teams.
