Everforth Apex is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to immediately join our team in Des Moines, IA. You will troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM Cloud issues, build and support integrations, and work with ORC, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

The role involves securing data, updating reports, and sharing knowledge with teammates. Experience with AI agents is a plus as we strengthen our technical capabilities for clients worldwide.

Competenze

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud technical troubleshooting.
• Building and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Working with Oracle HCM APIs.
• Hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience.
• Oracle Cloud security.
• Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Some experience building AI agents.

Mansioni

• Research and troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM Cloud production issues, isolate the cause, and resolve them.
• Build and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, including design, testing, and ongoing support.
• Use Oracle HCM APIs to retrieve and update data, including authentication, security, testing, and error troubleshooting.
• Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Investigate Oracle HCM Cloud security and access issues between users in similar roles.
• Write, update, and repair reports.
• Handle escalated tickets and document solutions.
• Transfer knowledge to the existing team.
