Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Functional Consultant

Location: Remote + Travel (In East Coast)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Role

Note: Role is open for both Contractor/CTC and Full time.

Job Description:

• The Oracle HCM Talent Management Functional consultant who can provide end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements.
• Should have at least 1 implementation experience in talent management for a global company across multiple geographies. Overall 5-9 years experience.
• Should have deep expertise in dynamic skills, talent profile, goal and performance management, succession planning & talent review meeting.
• Must have worked on at least 1-2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.
• Must have expertise in gathering & mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and requirements documentation.
• Must have experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile around talent & learning management.
• Prepare functional design and work with offshore team in implementing and testing.
• Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in implementing talent and learning management.
• Experience in implementing core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired.
• Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
