Campus4Tech is seeking an Oracle HCM Support Analyst to maintain and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud applications and HR processes in the United States. You will work with HR, Payroll, and IT to resolve system issues and support functional needs.

The role involves documenting requirements, supporting core HR, recruiting, benefits, and payroll modules, and assisting with testing and updates. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and HR system support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications and business processes.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve Oracle HCM system issues and user requests.
• Gather and document HR business and functional requirements.
• Support modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation and Payroll.
• Assist with user access, security roles and application support activities.
• Support HR data maintenance, validation and reconciliation.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with Oracle HCM quarterly updates, enhancements and release testing.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.
• Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, process guides and user documentation.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis and validation of HR information.
• Provide end-user support and assist with Oracle HCM training.
