Job Opening: Payroll Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a Payroll Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration and Oracle Cloud Business Process Expertise, specifically with experience in US Payroll, Union payroll, and US taxes.

The roles and responsibilities include:

1. Designing and solving complex payroll requirements within Payroll Accounting configuration
2. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll
3. Handling Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll Cost allocation and Accounting distribution
4. Payroll Tax Processing expertise
5. Designing complex Payroll Flows in Oracle Cloud
6. Advising clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll
7. Performing Mid-Year Balance Initialization for USA Legislation
8. Conducting Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations
9. Understanding client requirements and preparing Function Design Documents for Payroll Interfaces, Reports & Fast Formula
10. Configuring Payroll Module using FSM, HDL, and other tools
11. Possessing strong knowledge of integration between Cloud Payroll and other HCM Modules
12. Experience with US Retirement Plans such as 401k, 403b, 457b
13. Modeling and testing Payroll business processing solutions
14. Designing, creating, updating, and executing Payroll flows
15. Handling Payroll Tax Processing including Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End processing
16. Conducting triage sessions with customers to identify root causes, document issues, and provide solutions and workarounds
17. Advising customers on best practices and application awareness
18. Developing customer-facing Payroll documentation
