Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, coordinate, and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems in a Government & Public Services context. You will partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable solutions and lead data conversion and cutover activities.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, plus 2+ years leading full-life cycle integrations. Travel up to 50% and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience leading integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategy, oversee interfaces, middleware, data mapping and end-to-end validation.
• Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure compliant solutions.
• Lead data conversion planning and execution including extraction, cleansing and load.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issues across integrations and conversions.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
