Job Title: Systems Analyst II: Oracle Global Data Warehouse
Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour
Schedule: Eastern Hours | Corporate: Hybrid – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite | Plant location: Monday–Friday onsite
Duties And Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production support issues across data warehouse, applications, and infrastructure environments
- Write, execute, optimize, and enhance complex SQL queries
- Support Oracle Global Data Warehouse solutions and ETL processes
- Coordinate technical support activities across infrastructure, application, database, and development teams
- Lead and coordinate offshore technical teams, providing direction, oversight, quality control, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Oversee deployments, system enhancements, customizations, upgrades, and technology expansions
- Support legacy system integrations and enhancements within the Oracle Data Warehouse environment
- Analyze stored procedures, troubleshoot data and system issues, and make recommendations for performance improvements
- Collaborate with DBAs and technical teams on database performance tuning and optimization
- Support data pipelines feeding Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and other reporting and analytical applications
- Work with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Procurement, and other business teams to understand business processes and data requirements
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives and recommend system enhancements or alternative solutions
- Support project planning, requirements gathering, schedule tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure system development, change control, compliance, and support standards are followed
- Maintain support documentation including ITIL artifacts, CMDB records, knowledge base articles, architecture diagrams, audit documentation, and disaster recovery materials
- Maintain awareness of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and support efforts to ensure applications and infrastructure remain secure and compliant
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business users, management, technical teams, and third-party vendors

- Strong hands‑on SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries from scratch
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes
- Ability to independently investigate and troubleshoot complex production and data issues
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with demonstrated ownership and accountability
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and Data Warehouse environments
- Ability to identify issues proactively and catch and correct errors early
- Experience leading or coordinating offshore technical teams
- Strong understanding of database structures, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with DBAs, developers, business users, and infrastructure teams
- Understanding of Finance, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Order‑to‑Cash, and Procure‑to‑Pay business processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal guidance
- Solid understanding of SDLC, change management, deployments, and system upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL
- Working knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts
- Working knowledge of ETL processes
- Understanding of Data Security concepts
- Experience investigating and resolving production support issues
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and independently drive technical issues to resolution
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams, business users, management, and vendors
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting Data Warehouse solutions
- Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP modules
- Knowledge of Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order‑to‑Cash, and Procure‑to‑Pay processes
- Experience with Oracle R12 / 12.2
- Experience with Oracle 19c databases
- Strong PL/SQL and SQL skills
- Working knowledge of Linux environments
- Experience with database performance tuning and stored procedure analysis
- Experience supporting ETL pipelines and integrations
- Experience with Hyperion, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, or other reporting/data visualization tools
- Experience leading or coordinating offshore technical teams
- Experience working in a project team environment
