The role involves leading Fusion advisory engagements, designing business processes, enabling testing, and mentoring teams. A Bachelor’s degree and Oracle Fusion accreditation are required for this senior consultant

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP Finance and SCM implementation experience.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Finance or SCM.
• Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Finance and SCM.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ERP system concepts and module functionality.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio and MS Project desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute day-to-day Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design, and project reviews.
• Identify business requirements and design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementations or optimizations.
• Develop and execute unit and system test plans.
• Drive cross-team design and development through functional leadership and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive toward resolutions.
• Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business processes, data conversion, data retention, and integration.
• Support business development activities such as identifying opportunities and proposal development.

Job Overview

The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain Enterprise Fusion Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients including implementation support, process design, and project reviews
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/ or optimization activities for functions such as:
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  • Requisitioning
  • Vendor and Contract Management
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Interactions with Accounts Payable and Finance
• Develop and execute unit and system test plans
• Drive cross team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
• Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions
• Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, work with the appropriate resource from other service lines

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP Finance and SCM implementation experience required
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementation with Oracle Fusion Finance or SCM
• Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Finance and SCM
• Demonstrated leadership abilities for project team and client management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
• Experience and understanding with of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices
• Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
• Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one to one settings and for group presentations
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of$125,767-$205,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
