Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking a motivated ORACLE FUSION CLOUD SFA/SFP Groovy Technical Consultant (Lead) to work with Higher Education clients on Oracle Fusion Cloud SFA/SFP implementations. You will lead technical design, scripting, and automation across ISIR evaluation, packaging, awarding, and disbursement.

The role requires hands-on Groovy and Java development, experience with SFA/SFP rule structures, and Git.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and university/college implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions.
• Experience with Groovy/Java, SFA/SFP rule structures, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, script, and optimize Groovy/Java-based rules for SFA/SFP.
• Lead technical workshops and guide clients through design decisions.
• Deliver end-to-end development across the full lifecycle, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Architect rule-based solutions aligned with federal regs and institutional policies.
