Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with emphasis on production support, incident management, and process improvement. The role acts as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Oracle Support to ensure system stability and strong user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/HR/related field preferred.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.
• Production support experience with HR Help Desk and HCM processes.
• Experience with incident management, change management and testing.
• Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL or REST APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Cloud HCM production incidents and enhancement requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, and more.
• Analyze requirements and recommend scalable HR system solutions.
• Develop and support OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and reports as needed.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and production deployments.
• Create and maintain support docs and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
