Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM + Databricks Contractor to help modernize our HCM landscape. You will work on Oracle Fusion HCM, Databricks, OIC, and real-time integration, supporting batch and real-time patterns while collaborating across architecture, security, and development teams.

The role requires deep HCM expertise, REST API proficiency, CI/CD experience, and strong SQL skills. This is a remote US-based contract with a W-2 arrangement and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including configurations, role‑based security, HDL, OTBI/BIP, HCM Extract, Payroll Flows, or Fast Formulas.
• Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP/ADW, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong background in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, event driven architectures, CI/CD, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and design modern HCM and data integration solutions.
• Contribute to the architecture of a hybrid Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure based data integration platform.
• Plan and advise on advanced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud configurations and integrations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and cloud best practices.
• Produce architecture documentation and participate in technical review boards.
• Guide development teams in adopting new integration patterns and platforms.
• Support high severity production issues with expert troubleshooting as needed.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Oracle Fusion HCM + Databricks Contractor

Position type: Full-time Contract (w2)

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM + Databricks Contractor

Duration: 15+ months Contract (with possibilities of Extension)

Location: US Remote Work

Looking for someone with hands‑on practical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Databricks

Required Skills:

• Advanced HCM Mastery: Required Expert-level knowledge of multi-threaded HCM Extracts(User Entity hierarchies) and automated HDL loadingwith SOAP Callback monitoring.
• API & Real-time Sync: Required Hands‑on proficiency with HCM REST APIs(pagination/filtering) and Atom Feedsfor real-time synchronization.
• DevOps & Automation: Required experience with GITand a clear ability to explain CI/CD automationfor OIC migrations (using Azure DevOps/Jenkins) and OIC REST APIs for connection management.
• High‑Volume OIC Processing: Should have proven experience handling 100k+ recordsusing "Read in Segments" and Stage Fileoperations to manage OIC memory limits.
• Strategic Pattern Design: looking for Candidates who can justify when to use Real-time (REST)vs. Batch (HCM Extract/HDL)based on volume and business criticality.

Our client is modernizing its Human Capital Management (HCM) technology landscape, including Oracle Cloud HCM and a new enterprise data integration platform. We are looking for an experienced HCM Solution Architect to help define and guide the technical strategy in partnership with our architecture team. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our HCM ecosystem and collaborate closely with product, cloud, security, and development teams to deliver scalable, modern solutions.

What You’ll Do:

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $80 - $90 per hour
