The Planet Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst in Irvine, CA for a direct-hire, hybrid role (3 days onsite). You will lead ERP initiatives across Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing, guiding teams to successful implementations.

As a senior BA, you’ll define requirements, mentor analysts, coordinate with executives, and drive process improvements in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years ERP implementation experience including requirements gathering, configuration, design and testing.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP expertise is required.
• Experience with ERP rollouts, business process re-engineering, user training and post-implementation support.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing and financial processes.
• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Summary

As a senior member of the ERP Business Analyst team, you will define, gather, and implement business requirements while supporting users across the enterprise. You’ll work across multiple Oracle Fusion functional areas (Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing), with opportunities to influence integrations with other ERP and third-party systems. This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring strong functional expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and end users alike

Daily Responsibilities
