• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Oracle Fusion platform; Oracle EBS R12 experience considered.
• Participation in at least two full cycle Oracle implementations in a manufacturing environment focusing on O2C.
• Deep functional knowledge of Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, AR, and GL.
• Technical proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and O2C data models.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Senior Oracle Fusion Applications Analyst Order to Cash

Our client a major leader in the food manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to lead their Oracle Fusion Order to Cash initiatives. This is a hybrid role based out of Yorba Linda California with company sponsored relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

In this role you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the O2C track. You will oversee the full lifecycle of system solutions including requirement gathering fit gap analysis solution design and ongoing operational maintenance. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams in PLM S2P and R2R to ensure a seamless integration across the Oracle Fusion platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end system designs for the O2C track and related custom extensions.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage system configurations modifications and integrations using CEMLI standards.
• Oversee platform stability including incident resolution license management and quarterly release assessments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BR100 MD50 and TE40 documents.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing system validation and production deployments.
• Enforce data governance policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and implementations.
• At least 3 years of specific experience with the Oracle Fusion platform. Candidates with extensive Oracle EBS R12 experience will also be considered.
• Participation in at least two full cycle Oracle implementations within a manufacturing environment with at least one focused on the O2C process area.
• Deep functional knowledge of Order Management Advanced Pricing Inventory Shipping Account Receivables and General Ledger.
• Technical proficiency in OTBI BI Publisher FBDI and data models related to O2C.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Hands on experience with Oracle platform development tools such as PL SQL VBCS or Redwood UI.
• Knowledge of EDI integrations RPA and automated accounting setups.
