Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.
Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion and related business processes.
Partner with Finance, Operations, and other units to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts to support decision-making.
Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues through root cause analysis and collaboration.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes through ERP system management.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and initiatives.
Provide end-user training on ERP functionality, workflows, and best practices.
Lead data governance initiatives focused on data integrity, quality, security, and consistency across systems.
Establish data management standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Automate and streamline data management processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and ongoing ERP optimization efforts.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000

Bonus: Target 12%

Work Environment: Will need to travel to Chicago area at least once a month with an occasional week in office

Overview – ERP Analyst - Oracle Fusion

Seeking an experienced ERP Applications Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will ensure ERP technology effectively supports operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities – ERP Analyst - Oracle Fusion

Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.

5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
