Job summary

CFS seeks an experienced ERP Applications Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role ensures ERP technology supports operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic objectives.

You will partner with Finance and Operations, design and maintain reports, support month-end close, lead UAT, and drive data governance and system integrations while traveling to the Chicago area on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting ERP systems or related enterprise technologies.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, ERP integrations, APIs.
• Ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and PM skills.
• Proven ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.
• Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion and related business processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other units to identify process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts for decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues through root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes through ERP system management.
• Lead UAT and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on ERP functionality and workflows.
• Lead data governance initiatives focused on data integrity, quality, security, and consistency across systems.
• Establish and maintain data management standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Automate and streamline data management processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, configurations, and ongoing optimization.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, ERP integrations, APIs, and related technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
