Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX.

You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, guide cross-functional teams, travel up to 50%, and help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, CS, engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years tech consulting delivering cloud and analytics platforms.
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Cloud Applications and data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements with global teams.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC/OIBIEE security frameworks and security concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures supporting Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Develop roadmaps to align reporting with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed teams, ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business objectives into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development, including proposals, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive team culture.
