Performance Architects, Inc. is seeking Senior & Staff level Consultants with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) expertise to expand our Oracle analytics practice.

You'll drive data-driven insights, build models and dashboards, and guide clients through requirements, design, deployment, and training across complex data landscapes. Join a fast-growing firm that emphasizes analytics, AI-driven insights, and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) experience.
• 3+ end-to-end FDI implementations preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge for budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation.
• Experience across full consulting lifecycle: requirements to training.
• SQL/PLSQL and scripting for data processing; OCI and data lakehouses a plus.
• Ability to translate data to actionable insights with OAC/Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist consulting delivery within work-streams focused on Oracle FDI.
• Design data models and visuals leveraging Oracle FDI.
• Collaborate with business/IT to map data-driven objectives to analytics.
• Implement ML models and predictive analytics in Oracle FDI.
• Develop ETL processes and data pipelines with Oracle cloud apps.
• Advise on data governance, security, and compliance in cloud analytics.
• Lead user training and knowledge transfer; stay current with FDI enhancements.
• Support interview processes with AI mindful practices.
