Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX. You will work with senior clients to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics on a global scale.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage workstreams from planning to closure, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Applications.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX data integration and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting, and analytics architectures supporting Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business/tech stakeholders.
• Support business development including proposals, demos, and exec presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and foster inclusive team environment.
