EY is seeking a Manager in Oracle Services Apps Tech to lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and analytics initiatives across finance, HCM, SCM, CX, and other ERP domains. You will guide clients on reporting strategies, design scalable cloud data architectures, and oversee global delivery teams.

You will mentor junior staff, engage with senior clients, and support business development through workshops and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4 - 6 years of experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• 4+ years of experience leading Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements across global teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting, and analytics architectures across Oracle ERP and other enterprise apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage distributed delivery teams ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
