Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Services Apps Tech Manager to lead the design and delivery of analytics and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. You will define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and guide senior client stakeholders through complex deployments.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, guiding workshops, and ensuring successful delivery across ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other enterprise apps. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and data governance.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures supporting Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements sessions, architecture reviews, and production deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with business objectives.
• Manage distributed project teams with focus on quality and delivery.
