Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of analytics and AI-driven solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. You will guide reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and oversee global delivery teams to maximize client value.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive business development efforts, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-impact cloud analytics engagements in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of tech consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across ERP and non‑ERP systems.
• Hands-on with FDI, OAC, Fusion Cloud Apps, BI platforms, and cloud data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global delivery teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting across Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC security frameworks (auth, authz, object/data level).
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy to deployment.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting, and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP/HR/CRM.
• Lead requirements sessions, architecture reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligning with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage geographically distributed teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to Business/Tech stakeholders.
• Support business development: proposals, demonstrations, workshops, exec presentations.
• Mentor juniors and foster an inclusive team environment.
