Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics and AI-driven solutions across ERP modules. You’ll work with senior client stakeholders to define strategies and deliver modern data platforms.

You will guide distributed teams, engage in client sessions, and drive data governance, KPI frameworks, and scalable cloud architectures to transform business outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics platforms.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics and reporting engagements with global teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures supporting Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing and deployments.
• Develop reporting and analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support business development with proposals, demos and executive workshops.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in a collaborative environment.
