Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of analytics solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and architect modern data platforms.

The role requires guiding distributed teams, driving AI-enabled analytics, and supporting business development while mentoring juniors. Travel up to 50% may be needed; EY offers a broad rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with minimum 4–6 years of tech consulting.
• Experience leading enterprise cloud analytics and reporting projects across global teams.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, ADW/ODI and data integration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures for ERP and non-ERP systems.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensure quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development efforts.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
