Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions, optimizing Oracle Cloud investments. You will work with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver analytics across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX functions.

You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee workstreams from planning through execution, and travel as required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4 - 6 years of experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Cloud Applications, BI platforms, and cloud data integration.
• 4+ years of experience leading and delivering Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements across global teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC/OBIEE security (authentication, authorization, data-level security).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements for FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform from strategy to implementation and support.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business goals into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business/tech stakeholders.
• Support business development: proposals, demos, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive collaboration.
