EY is seeking a Manager for Oracle Services Apps Tech to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across ERP/HCM/SCM/CX. You will guide clients, shape reporting strategies, and architect data platforms while managing distributed teams and ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires strong advisory skills, travel up to 50%, and a passion for data-driven transformation within a global EY ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years in technology consulting with cloud and analytics focus.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle cloud analytics.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise on reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design cloud-based data architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligning with digital transformation.
• Manage distributed teams, ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting solutions.
• Drive client relationships and executive engagements.
• Support proposals, client workshops, and demonstrations.
• Mentor juniors and foster inclusive team culture.
