Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across ERP and non-ERP systems. You will guide strategic reporting, data governance, and KPI frameworks while managing distributed delivery teams.

You’ll travel as needed and mentor junior staff, shaping client outcomes through innovative cloud analytics and AI-driven data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies for ERP and other systems
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics projects across global teams
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX
• Security frameworks for FDI/OAC, including data-level security and authentication

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy through implementation
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies and data governance
• Design cloud-based data, reporting, and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP and other apps
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing and deployments
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with digital transformation
• Manage geographically distributed project teams and ensure quality and budget adherence
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting and analytics solutions
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Support business development, including proposals and executive presentations
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team culture
