Job summary

Delaplex, Inc. seeks a seasoned technical lead to spearhead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM. You will drive design, development, migration, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalable, secure integrations and high performance.

You will mentor junior developers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and uphold best practices across coding, security, and deployment processes. Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Oracle applications experience.
• 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Tech Lead experience on 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong expertise in OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP, FBDI, HDL.
• Strong: SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON.
• Security setup and RBAC in Oracle Fusion.
• Technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules.
• Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, Middleware.
• Develop/customize Oracle Fusion solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas.
• Lead data migration/conversion using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle tools.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure coding, security, performance, and scalability best practices.
• Mentor junior technical consultants/developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Support post-go-live activities.
• Maintain technical design, integration, and customization documentation.
