Job summary

DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Compensation Lead to support a 1-year contract in San Antonio, TX. You will lead the compensation workstream, collaborate with client stakeholders, and ensure compliant design and testing across SIT/UAT.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience, 3+ years in compensation implementations, and a proven record managing offshore delivery in complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• 3+ years of focused Oracle Fusion Compensation implementation experience.
• Experience leading compensation workstreams in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong understanding of Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Grades and Grade Ladders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Oracle Fusion Compensation functional lead for the project.
• Gather, refine, and validate business requirements with client leads and SMEs.
• Design sessions to confirm future-state processes and translations to configurations.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities with stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Ensure cross-functional impacts to Payroll, Core HR, Talent, and Security are managed.
