Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Lead Consultant, with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud. The role involves solution design and governance of global business processes. The Lead Consultant will provide functional leadership and support to Oracle Cloud implementation teams, addressing complex Finance business requirements. Responsibilities include business process mapping, problem definition, proposing/creating solutions, and involvement in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX, or Hartford CT, or willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.
  • Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available for this role.
  • 5+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement, Inventory modules
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations with hands-on configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
  • Experience leading requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, testing, and post-production support
  • Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills for high transaction volumes, including performance testing
  • Experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in integrated application landscapes
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management
  • Experience integrating with external partners/applications like E-Commerce portals, trading partners, EDI
  • Comfortable leading requirements workshops, CRPs, and design discussions with clients
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills; strong leadership in working with offshore and third-party teams, including OCI
  • Experience managing onsite-offshore communication and work management
