About the job

This position requires joining our Enterprise Application Development and Operations team as an Oracle Fusion Consultant, I2C & Revenue. The role involves architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications related to Cloud AR, Collections, Cash Management, and Revenue Management Cloud Service systems that support key business processes across Finance, Quote, Billing, AR, Revenue, Collections, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, diligent time management, team-oriented, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

This role is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Cloud Fusion Billing, AR, Revenue Cloud Service, product and pricing configuration, cash application, and collection processes, integrated with multiple upstream and downstream systems. You will understand and manage Twilio’s entire I2C landscape in partnership with the Global Accounting and Billing teams to drive system integration, reporting, automation, and innovation. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, planning, architecting, designing, configuring, developing, and testing I2C processes within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, with an end-to-end understanding of Twilio’s billing platforms to build scalable systems for acquisitions, enhancements, and compliance projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Architect, design, and develop platform/product extensions following Oracle SAAS delivery methodology to meet business-specified functionalities.
  • Conduct design workshops, build proof of concepts, and prototypes for effective business sign-off.
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud AR and Revenue Cloud Roadmap.
  • Partner with process owners to define operational KPIs and develop/deliver KPI dashboards and reports using tools like OTBI and BIP.
  • Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud AR, Revenue Management Cloud, Highradius, Monkey, Salesforce, etc.
  • Develop workflows to create journals, invoke SaaS APIs, upload billing data, and generate reports for month-end processes.
  • Perform data loads and amendments using developer tools and events.
  • Configure and develop payment integrations with external banks and platforms.
  • Mentor and lead junior consultants to ensure project deliverables.
  • Support business adoption of CPQ and QTC processes.
  • Develop and execute system conversions and implementations.

This role is remote and based in Canada.

Travel
