Your Role and Responsibilities

The Oracle Subscriptions Management Cloud lead functional consultant will oversee the implementation of the Oracle SMC module. This involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, design solutions, and support project delivery. You will bring innovative ideas while adhering to established processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC).
• Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map to Oracle SMC.
• Configure SMC, create functional design documents, and develop test scripts.
• Demonstrate how SMC features address client business challenges in Quote to Cash.
• Lead design workshops, manage conference room pilots, and facilitate user testing and training.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure successful go-live.
• Collaborate with offshore teams throughout project phases.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities related to SMC.

Required Technical and Professional Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation/support.
• At least 2 Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations as a lead functional consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Understanding of Quote to Cash, Order Management, and how SMC integrates with these processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management, Pricing, and Install Base.
• Experience with integration points between SMC, CPQ, SFDC, Revenue Management, and AR.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Finance modules and SLA configuration.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SMC table structures, data migrations, interfaces, and reporting.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with offshore collaboration experience.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.
