Job Description:

We are seeking a senior resource (7+ years) with expertise in EBS or Oracle HCM, focusing on the following areas (listed in order of importance):

  1. Workforce Compensation implementation experience: Lead consultant on 2 or more full lifecycle engagements involving designing, configuring, and testing the Compensation module. Experience with implementing bonus and incentive compensation is a plus. Familiarity with fast formulas is preferred but not required.
  2. Benefits implementation experience: Lead consultant on 2 or more full lifecycle engagements involving designing, configuring, and testing the Benefits application.
