Job summary

Techgene Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst in Stafford, VA. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across SCM, Procurement, and Inventory, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and drive implementation, enhancements, and integrations.

The candidate will translate requirements into functional specs, support configuration and testing, and contribute to BRDs, UAT, data migration, and user training.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.

Job Title : Oracle Fusion Business Analyst

Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid - minimum 2 days onsite per week)

Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance preferred; candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain one.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, Inventory, and related ERP modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives.

• Active Secret security clearance preferred.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.
