You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, prepare functional designs, and support end-to-end SCM processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and supply planning.

Formación

• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs.
• Hands-on configuration and design of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Proven fit-gap analysis and solution design for cloud SCM implementations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SCM processes and integrations.
• Experience with testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and production support.

Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / SME

Work Location: Stafford, VA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on functional knowledge, experience in business process analysis, and the ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
• Work on SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Product Information Management (PIM), and Supply Planning.
• Support end‑to‑end supply chain business processes, including procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Configure application setups, manage functional testing, and support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and user training materials.
• Support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Act as a functional SME, providing guidance on Oracle SCM best practices and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Functional expertise in one or more core SCM modules, such as:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement
• Order Management
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Supply Chain Planning
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain business processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional configuration, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and other functional consultants.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with at least one full‑cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and SCM integrations.
• Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, data migration, and functional data validation.
• Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are an advantage.
