Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deploy Oracle-based analytics across ERP and non-ERP functions.

You will guide large, distributed teams, manage engagements from planning through execution, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4–6 years define enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and related systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and cloud-based data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Develop reporting and analytics roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage geographically distributed project teams while ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development, solution demonstrations, client workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
