Qualifications

Role Description

The Oracle Functional AR Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheridan, WY. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within Oracle Applications, partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing AR-related business processes, managing integrations with upstream and downstream systems, documenting functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues. The Oracle Functional AR Lead will also provide user support, conduct testing and validation, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the Oracle application landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, particularly in finance and Accounts Receivable.


• Experience in Consulting environments, including gathering requirements, leading workshops, and advising stakeholders on best practices.


• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Applications and Oracle HR modules, including configuration, testing, and user support.


• Knowledge of system Integration concepts and practices, especially integrations between Oracle AR and other enterprise systems.


• Proven experience as an Oracle Functional AR Lead or similar functional role in Oracle ERP.


• Ability to document functional requirements, process flows, and test cases in a clear, structured manner.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.


• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based Oracle solutions and familiarity with change management and deployment practices is beneficial.
