Job summary

Qode seeks an experienced Functional Oracle ERP Architect to lead architecture and design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, and AHCS. You will partner with finance and tech teams to shape finance transformation and ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices.

In this remote role (EST hours), you will drive requirements workshops, fit-gap analyses, data models, and integration specs, support testing and governance, and mentor stakeholders across business

Qualifications

• 5+ years as ERP Functional Architect or similar leadership role.
• 8-12+ years working with Oracle ERP solutions including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Project Financial Management).
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and governance frameworks.

• Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap assessments to define future-state finance processes.
• Design and govern enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and end-to-end finance solutions.
• Partner with finance and technology teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle leading practices.
• Support implementation activities including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance.

What You’ll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience serving as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.


• 8-12+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.


• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.


• Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, including:


• Record to Report (R2R)


• Procure to Pay (P2P)


• Order to Cash (O2C)


• Project Financial Management


• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks.


• Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.


• Experience creating functional specifications and validating end-to-end business solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).


• Knowledge of enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best‑practice process design.


• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
