Job summary

Aether Talent Solutions LLC seeks an Oracle Functional AR Lead to head AR processes within Oracle Applications. The role is based in Sheridan, WY, and focuses on design, configuration, and ongoing support of AR functionality across integrations.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions, lead testing and training, and drive continuous improvement in the Oracle ERP landscape. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sheridan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, AR, and business process optimization in enterprise environments.
• Experience in consulting, gathering requirements, leading workshops, and advising stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and support of Oracle AR processes within Oracle Applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems; document functional specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
• Provide user support, conduct testing/validation, and facilitate training sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the Oracle application landscape.
