Job summary

Forge Search is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own Oracle Financials within the Accounting organization. The role partners with Finance and IT to drive enhancements, strengthen financial controls, and support growth across a global environment.

You will lead Oracle configurations (GL, AP, AR) and ERP projects, ensuring SOX compliance and robust audit readiness. Hybrid work arrangements are available to accommodate a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Financials in Finance or Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance's functional lead and SME for Oracle Financials.
• Own Oracle configurations including GL, AP, AR, AutoInvoice, and master data governance.
• Partner with Finance and IT to define requirements and oversee Finance-related system changes.
• Lead Finance-owned ERP projects from requirements to UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure configurations support accuracy, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Monitor automated processes like FX rate loads and resolve reporting issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve Finance processes.
