Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules, especially AR functionality.
• Ability to work across multiple locations in a finance team environment.
• Strong incident resolution and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle EBS Finance - AR and its integrations with source systems.
• Maintain Global Template as well as country-specific requirements.
• Oversee the finance ecosystem awareness and governance.
• Support and improve internal processes for customer requests execution.
• Provide investigation and resolution to incidents and defects end-to-end.
• Follow documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Identify strategies to improve quality and productivity of processes/services.
• Embed customer centricity in service delivery.
• Develop own knowledge, skills and experience and share with the team.
