Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS functional analysis or finance systems experience.

• Knowledge of automation/AI in finance is a plus.

We're Hiring: Principal Business Analyst – Oracle EBS (Finance)

We're looking for an experienced Principal Business Analyst with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional expertise to partner with Finance and IT teams, optimize financial processes, and drive system improvements.

This is a great opportunity for a finance systems professional who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, translating requirements into functional solutions, and helping finance teams get the most out of Oracle EBS.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support and improve financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), revenue recognition, and consolidations.
• Gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Support financial reporting, period-end close, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Drive functional configuration, setup, testing, and enhancements within Oracle EBS.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and improved financial systems efficiency.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment between business needs and technical teams.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS functional analysis, finance systems, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS financial modules, particularly GL, AP, and AR.
• Solid understanding of core accounting and finance processes, including P2P, O2C, general ledger, and consolidations.
• Experience with functional configuration, module setup, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology teams.
• A proven ability to analyze business challenges, recommend solutions, and drive improvements.
• A forward-thinking mindset toward automation, AI, and digital transformation in finance.
• Hybrid work model: in-person collaboration two days per week.
• Full-time opportunity with an immediate start preferred.
• Professional certifications are a plus but not required.
