Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related Accounting, Financial/Economics, Mathematics, or IT/Computer Science field.
• 5+ years of related experience supporting an Oracle ERP.
• Experience supporting financial and/or accounting functions.
• Experience using PS SQL (Code writing / Database querying).
• Familiarity with the software development cycle process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and Accounting personnel for enhancements and fixes to the Fixed Assets, Tax, and some Accounting modules in Oracle
• Supporting the proper recording of financial information
• Identify relevant process improvement opportunities and assist in the execution of them
• Executing and distributing routine reports to users
• SQL querying financial information out of Oracle
