Job summary

Net2Source is seeking a senior Finance Systems Analyst with deep Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) experience across GL, AP, AR, FA and CM. You will own functional configuration, design, and data mapping while aligning system parameters with business processes.

Expect to work across the SDLC, lead SIT/UAT efforts, and communicate effectively with finance and technical teams to manage expectations and deliver reliable, compliant financial systems.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of core Finance modules in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Period close processes
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
• Configure EBS modules
• Define system parameters
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Data analysis and data mapping
• Experience across full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Bridge technical and finance stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Typically 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with R12
