Job summary

Lenora Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Expert to lead end-to-end finance module implementations in a complex ERP environment.

You will focus on GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, O2C and P2P lifecycles with hands-on configuration and design documentation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of R12 experience, strong SQL/PL/SQL skills for data analysis, and proven SDLC, SIT and UAT delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core Oracle EBS finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycles.
• Ability to configure EBS modules and create functional design documents (MD50, BR100).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, data mapping and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SDLC, SIT and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Create process flows and mentor client project team members.
• Participate as primary or co-author on project deliverables.
• Contribute to data conversion and data maintenance.
• Provide best practice and industry-specific solutions.

Job description

Oracle EBS Functional Expertise:

Deep knowledge of core Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Business Process Knowledge:

Understanding of accounting principles, period close processes, and "Order-to-Cash" (O2C) and "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) lifecycles.

Functional Configuration & Design:

Ability to configure EBS modules, define system parameters, and create functional design documents (MD50, BR100).

Technical Familiarity:

Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting issues.

SDLC & Testing: Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and conducting SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Communication:

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical finance users, including managing stakeholder expectations.

Experience Level:

• Typically, 10+ years of hands-on R12
