Job summary

ZealHire Inc. seeks an Oracle R12 EBS Techno-Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract in New York. This onsite role in Midtown offers hybrid options and requires local candidates in NY/NJ due to possible in-person interviews.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Oracle R12 EBS development experience, strong BI Publisher and PL/SQL skills, and a proven ability to design, develop, test, and validate interfaces within GL and AP modules. Familiarity with SDLC and data interfaces is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of development experience with Oracle R12 EBS Applications – must include General Ledger and Accounts Payables applications including interfaces.
• Strong development experience with BI Publisher and PL/SQL.
• Ability to support requirements gathering with end users, conduct workshops, develop requirements, and design documents.
• Ability to develop test scenarios, support unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams is a must.
• Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix.
• Releasing/packaging code into production.
• Full understanding of SDLC life cycle.
• Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects
• Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions for a critical business project to integrate an external procurement system with Oracle EBS.
• Design, development and testing of upstream and downstream interfaces.
• Involvement in design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of system enhancements to meet business requirements.

Summary

Oracle R12 EBSTechnical/Functional expert to join our Business Line IT Project Team. The ideal candidate for this role has the skills to do development and solution design and possesses a strong understanding of technical and functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite applications Accounts Payables, General Ledger, and BI Publisher. The candidate should be able to develop on PL/SQL and have extensive experience with interfaces. Functionally the candidate should be able to synthesize user requirements, perform solution design, development and data validation on the Oracle EBS application and possess knowledge of payments.

Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant is expected to be knowledgeable in end-to-end process flow of Oracle EBS General Ledger and Accounts Payable. Strong development expertise in BI Publisher and PL/SQL including knowledge of payments.

As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions for a critical business project to integrate an external procurement system with Oracle EBS.
