Job summary

Lawinger Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant for a remote 12-month contract. The role spans O2C and P2P, with responsibilities from requirements analysis to deployment and hypercare support.

You'll translate business needs into EBS configurations, collaborate across modules such as Order Management, AR/AP, and iProcurement, and perform SQL-driven validations. Strong SDLC experience required.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle EBS R12 functional experience.
• Hands-on experience with OM, Advanced Pricing, WSH, AR, CE, PO, iProcurement, INV, AP.
• Good understanding of O2C and P2P business processes.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS data structures.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS interfaces, APIs, reports, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, production support, and hypercare.
• Good requirements gathering, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data migration and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into standard Oracle EBS configurations and solutions.
• Work across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Support Order Management (OM) activities including sales order processing, scheduling, holds, price lists, modifiers, and qualifiers.
• Work with Shipping Execution (WSH) covering pick release, pick confirmation, packing, delivery grouping, and ship confirm.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) including AutoInvoice, transaction types, receipt application, AutoLockbox, customer profiles, and TCA.
• Work across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Receiving, and Accounts Payable.
• Support requisition approvals, AME, purchase order generation, blanket purchase agreements, and approval hierarchies.
• Work with Inventory processes including receiving, inspection, 2-way/3-way/4-way matching, item master, subinventories, and move orders.
• Support AP processes including invoice interfaces, PO/receipt matching, invoice validation, holds, PPR, and withholding taxes.
• Perform basic SQL analysis across Oracle EBS base, interface, and error tables.
• Understand Oracle EBS interfaces, APIs, reports, and workflows.
• Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, conversion, and cutover.
• Work effectively with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The candidate should have a good understanding of Oracle EBS functional modules, basic technical capabilities, requirements analysis, testing, data migration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
