Randstad Digital Americas in Mount Airy, NC seeks an onsite liaison to coordinate Pike business stakeholders, field operations, IT, and offshore delivery teams for Oracle Field Service enhancement workstreams.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, clarifying requirements, coordinating UAT, and ensuring deployment readiness and governance across delivery streams.

Contract role with a pay range of $70-$80 per hour, 8am–4pm, requiring a Bachelor's degree; posting remains open for 30 days.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Pike business field operations payroll finance and IT stakeholders
• Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate with offshore development and integration teams
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with OFS best practices
• Support sprint planning backlog grooming and prioritization
• Facilitate SIT UAT defect triage and production deployment activities
• Manage risks dependencies assumptions and stakeholder communications
• Validate solution compliance with business processes and operational objectives
• Support training change management hypercare and knowledge transfer activities
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and project governance teams
