Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. seeks an Oracle Federal Financials Technical Consultant to focus on application support, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and changes across integrated financial processes.

The role requires understanding end-to-end processes, ITIL-based service management, and effective communication with stakeholders at multiple levels to support decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Systems Management, Computer Programming, or a related field with extensive coursework in computers and applications.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience with Oracle Federal Financials and/or other IT support.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, troubleshooting, and related skill sets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Federal Financials with requirements gathering, development, configuration, troubleshooting, and related application support activities.
• Analyze configurations and integrations across multiple functional areas to understand end-to-end process impacts.
• Apply ITIL-aligned service management practices and manage incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Support end-to-end change management: review docs, create functional docs, justify changes, perform impact analysis, and assess production changes.
• Analyze problems and provide decisions regarding Oracle Federal Financials modules, configurations, and reporting.
