Job summary

RIVA Solutions Inc. is seeking an Oracle Federal Financials Technical Consultant to support and develop across the Oracle Federal Financials suite in a federal government context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with extensive coursework in computers and applications.
• 7+ years of progressive experience with Oracle Federal Financials or related IT support.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, troubleshooting, and related skill sets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels to gain understanding of issues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance/public trust.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Federal Financials with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, troubleshooting, and related application support activities.
• Analyze configurations and integrations across functional areas to understand end-to-end impacts and support implementation.
• Apply ITIL-aligned service management practices and follow application support processes to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Lead end-to-end change management activities: review docs, create functional docs, justify changes, perform impact analysis, support change requests in meetings, assess production changes.
• Analyze problems and provide recommendations related to Oracle Federal Financials modules, configurations, components, interfaces, and reporting.
• Develop directives, job aids, and manuals to support consistent operations and end-user guidance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain acceptance of complex issues and contribute to strategic implementation plans.
